About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and create meaningful moments while working in a fast-paced environment. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer requests, and perform a variety of tasks throughout each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including adjusting temperature or ingredient quantities and making substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security policies.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
