About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions foster connection. You engage with customers, learn their needs, and create meaningful moments through friendly service and attention to their preferences. The role is fast-paced and involves preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customizing orders, handling cash, and maintaining store safety and operating standards. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service through clear, pleasant communication and respond to customer needs.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes, including customized orders and requested ingredient or temperature changes.
- Handle cash and follow store safety, security, and operating policies and standards.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
