About The Position

Starbucks baristas help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and customer interactions make meaningful moments. The role involves preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customizing orders, engaging with customers, and contributing to store operations in a fast-paced environment. Baristas are expected to learn quickly, work as part of a team, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantity, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
