About The Position
As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. Each shift is an opportunity to brighten customers’ days through friendly service, such as offering a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. The role suits someone who enjoys engaging with people, takes pride in their work, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer requests. They provide quality products and service while following store policies and standards for cash handling and safety and security. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks throughout each shift. No previous experience is required.
Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including those for quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
