Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products and following cash-handling and store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
