About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide friendly service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and contribute to a safe, well-run store. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Work collaboratively as part of a team and build relationships.
