About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee fosters connection and each customer interaction can brighten someone’s day. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer requests, while contributing to store operations and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
