About The Position
Starbucks Baristas help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. In a fast-paced environment, they engage with customers and create meaningful moments through friendly service, such as offering a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders, while following store policies and standards for quality, cash handling, safety, and security. They may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, discover their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customization requests.
- Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
- Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
