About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. Engage with customers, provide friendly and clear communication, and prepare quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer requests. Work in a fast-paced store environment and perform a variety of tasks during each shift while following store policies and standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
