About The Position
The Barista will be responsible for the highest quality preparation and service of coffee-based beverages and other specialty drinks, as well as the service of food items such as bread, pastries, salads and sandwiches.
Requirements
- 1 year or more of prior barista experience is desired
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Professional espresso and coffee preparation knowledge & skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Perform various physical movements throughout the work area
- Stand and walk for extended periods both at the host stand and throughout the restaurant
- Endure changes of temperature between indoor and outdoor environments
