About The Position

Starbucks coffee and Kowalski Companies have formed a seamless partnership, both dedicated to fostering a just and inclusive environment while minimizing environmental impact. This role offers a combined training program focused on supporting, engaging, and investing in the development of baristas and emerging leaders. The training is hands-on, ensuring baristas can perform their jobs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel at creating a meaningful and helpful customer experience through appreciation and kind service, build strong relationships with coworkers via transparent communication and teamwork, and demonstrate proficiency in memorizing recipes for drink consistency and customer retention. Baristas will prepare blended coffees and refreshments following Starbucks recipes and creation sequences.

Requirements

Flexible to schedule from 11 am - 7:30 pm
Available to work 10 - 35 hours/week
Year-Round Availability
Weekends and holiday availability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Handling food according to state health codes
Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

Prepare blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes and following a unique creation sequence.
