About The Position

The training is hands-on, ensuring baristas can perform their jobs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel at creating a meaningful and helpful customer experience through appreciation and kind service. Building strong coworker relationships through transparent communication and teamwork is essential. Memorization is key for drink consistency and customer retention. Baristas will prepare blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes and a unique creation sequence.

Requirements

Flexible to schedule from 11 am - 7:30 pm
Available to work 10 - 35 hours/week
Year-Round Availability
Weekends and holiday availability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Handling food according to state health codes
Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
