Requirements

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role; experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or airport environment is preferred.
Proficient knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee-related equipment.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Genuine passion for coffee and desire to deliver an outstanding coffee experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and cold brews, while maintaining consistent taste and quality.
Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other barista tools.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
Maintain knowledge of the coffee menu, seasonal specials, and promotions.
Offer recommendations, answer customer questions, and provide information about coffee offerings.
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
Collaborate with team members on restocking, cleaning, and opening and closing procedures.
Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Continue developing coffee-making knowledge and skills.
