About The Position
Tailwind Hospitality is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Barista to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for travelers. The role includes taking and fulfilling orders, processing transactions, preparing beverages to company standards, maintaining an orderly workspace, and supporting inventory and team operations. The position is at JAC Airport and requires passing a TSA background check to receive an airport badge, as well as reliable transportation and punctuality. Veterans and military family members are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service.
- Must pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point-of-sale system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies.
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations.
