About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, create meaningful moments through friendly service, and prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests. The role is fast-paced and involves performing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredient quantities and substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
