About The Position

As a Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and personal interactions spark connection. You engage with customers, help discover and respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The role is fast-paced and involves performing a variety of store tasks while following operating, quality, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including requirements for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.

• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming customer interactions and help make customers’ visits meaningful.

• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes and customized customer requests, including recipe changes.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
