As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, brighten their day, and create meaningful moments through friendly service, including remembering favorite orders. Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety, security, and operating policies.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
