Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards for cash handling, safety, and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Follow oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
