About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee fosters connection and customers feel valued. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized instructions, and perform a variety of store tasks. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow store operating policies and standards, including standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
