About The Position

A Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience and helps make meaningful connections through coffee service. The role involves engaging with customers, learning their preferences, and preparing quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests. Baristas work in a fast-paced store environment and may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
