About The Position

The Barista delivers exceptional customer experiences and contributes to store sales performance by driving sales and representing the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. The role includes engaging guests, maintaining knowledge of the menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage, promoting beverages, food, and merchandise, and preparing handcrafted beverages. The Barista also supports visual merchandising and store operations, maintains cleanliness and food safety standards, and collaborates with team members.

The schedule is flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. The role regularly requires lifting at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
