Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Barista/Cashier
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must meet the minimum age requirement to work in the province or territory where the job is located
- Background check clearance
Nice To Haves
- May be enrolled in a secondary educational institution or working toward high school equivalency
- Knowledge of food preparation
- Knowledge of sanitation standards
- Knowledge of inventory control systems
Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Take orders
- Mix and serve hot and/or cold beverages
- Arrange coffee-bar-cart supplies
- Ensure displays are attractive
- Maintain the bar-coffee-cart station in a sanitary manner
- Record all sales
- Collect money
- Operate a cash register
- Follow all cash-handling procedures
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by your manager
