Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Barista
• Excellent customer service skills
• Meet the minimum age requirement to work in the province or territory where the job is located

• May be enrolled in a secondary educational institution or working toward high school equivalency
• Knowledge of food preparation
• Knowledge of sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Take orders
• Mix and serve hot and-or cold beverages
• Arrange the coffee-bar-cart supplies
• Ensure displays are attractive
• Maintain the bar-coffee-cart station in a sanitary matter
• Record all sales
• Collect money
• Operate a cash register
• Follow all cash-handling procedures as required
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by your manager
