About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Barback to support bartenders and help deliver a fun, seamless experience for Players. The role involves working collaboratively with bartenders and other Playmakers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and sanitary bar area. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and maintain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but is not required.

Requirements

• Focus on delivering an excellent experience for Players.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Must retain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
• Ability to handle items weighing up to 50 pounds and to lift, bend, stoop, and carry.
• Ability to remain on your feet and walk for most of the shift, perform active tasks, and sustain the pace of a high-volume workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies needed to serve drinks.
• Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils, and keep the bar clean and organized.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly.
• Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to support efficient service and positive Player experiences.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
