About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Barback to support bartenders and help provide Players with a fun, seamless experience. The role involves keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collecting empty glasses and bottles so drink service runs smoothly. Barbacks work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers, follow safety and sanitation standards, and demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, high-volume role that requires standing for most of the shift, moving between tasks, and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and maintain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law. Prior hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but is not required.

Requirements

Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy, high-volume environment.
Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment.
Maintain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
Ability to stand for most of the shift and remain active across physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies needed to serve drinks and provide a smooth Player experience.
Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils, and keep the bar clean and organized.
Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly.
Work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to support service and create positive Player experiences.
Follow applicable safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar safe and compliant.
