About The Position
JOIN OUR TEAM AT MAUI BREWING COMPANY! Are you looking for a fun, energetic work environment with great perks? Our Ka'anapali Restaurant is hiring a Part-Time Barback to support our bartending team and help keep the bar running smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Possess (or be able to obtain) a Maui County Bar Card
- Positive, dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Restock beer, spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, glassware, and equipment
- Assist bartenders with preparation, stocking, and service support
- Change kegs and replenish inventory as needed
- Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and friendly guest experience
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
