About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated and caring Barback to support bartenders and help create a fun, seamless experience for Players. The role works alongside bartenders and other Playmakers in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment environment, helping keep drink service running smoothly and contributing to a clean, safe and welcoming bar.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
• Focus on creating an excellent experience for Players.
• Thrive in a popular, fast-paced environment and remain calm when busy.
• Be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Retain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
• Be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform bending, stooping and carrying.
• Be able to stand and walk for most of the shift, perform active tasks, and sustain a pace in a high-volume environment.

• Previous hospitality or entertainment experience.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies and equipment needed to provide service.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes and ice.
• Clean glassware, equipment and utensils, and maintain an organized bar area.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles to support uninterrupted drink service.
• Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to deliver smooth service and memorable Player experiences.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep the bar clean, safe and compliant.
