About The Position
The Barback supports bartenders and helps keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role includes restocking liquor, beer, ice, and mixers; cleaning surfaces and clearing empty glasses; running for supplies; preparing garnishes; and replenishing napkins and straws. Barbacks work closely with bartenders to help serve drinks efficiently and contribute to a positive guest experience. The position may offer an opportunity to learn the bar business and advance toward bartending.

Nice To Haves
- Previous barback or restaurant experience is a plus; training will be provided for the right person.

Responsibilities
- Keep liquor, beer, ice, and mixers stocked for bartenders.
- Wipe down bar surfaces, remove empty glasses, and maintain a clean and organized bar.
- Anticipate bartenders’ needs, run for supplies, and support efficient drink service.
- Prepare garnishes and replenish napkins, straws, and other supplies.
- Work quickly in a busy bar environment to keep operations running smoothly.
