About The Position

Swingers – the crazy golf club is seeking a Barback to join its team at the Dupont Circle location. The Barback supports the bar department and team before and throughout each shift. The role includes interacting with guests, stocking and organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and helping ensure the efficiency of the bar and surrounding areas. This is an on-premises position with physical and scheduling demands, including extended periods of walking, standing, or lifting heavy items and working nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18.40 per hour plus tips. Swingers is a global hospitality and leisure brand that creates immersive venues focused on guest experiences, hospitality, competition, and fun. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience as a barback or busser in a busy environment.
TIPS alcohol certification.
Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company.
Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and lifting heavy items for extended periods.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform the work on premises.
