About The Position

AMERICAN PLACE CASINO IS LOOKING FOR A HARDWORKING, RELIABLE, AND DYNAMIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN THEIR TEAM AS A BARBACK FOR THE 2ND SHIFT. THIS ROLE IS CRUCIAL FOR MAINTAINING EFFICIENT BAR OPERATIONS AND ENSURING AN EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCE. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume and stressful situations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for providing exceptional guest service.
• Comfortable working in a casino environment with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise.
• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingualism is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established stock levels by transporting cases of beverages from walk-in coolers to the bar.
• Prepare requisitions as needed.
• Ensure a constant supply of ice, glassware, and drink garnishes.
• Rotate fresh fruit to maintain quality.
• Keep all areas of the bar clean and organized.
• Restock kegs in the walk-in coolers.
• Rotate bottled beer in reach-in coolers.
• Empty trash bins in the bar area and ensure proper disposal.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team objectives.
