About The Position
We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Barback/Busser. This role involves supporting bar and server staff, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction within a hotel development and management company.
Requirements
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and will go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
- Works well on a team and maintains a positive attitude at all times
- Good multi-tasker and works well under pressure
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare tables in between guests
- Work to keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash
- Support the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and inventory maintained
- Support the servers in their daily tasks
- Clean up messes and spills as they occur
- Help with other restaurant duties as needed
