Responsibilities
- Filling all requisitions for liquor, fruit, juice, etc.
- Assuring that ice bins, soda tanks, and beer kegs are filled at all times.
- Assisting the bartender by cutting fruit and performing other necessities.
- Emptying and cleaning all trash containers on a regular basis.
- Cleaning bar service area to assure all sanitation inspection specifications are met.
- Stocking bar service area and supplying equipment and sanitizer for glass machines.
- Delivering all beverages and necessary supplies to banquet functions.
- Collecting and disposing of all bottles, caps, corks and boxes.
- Packing and returning all liquor, beer, and wine after the end of each function.
- Completing special assignments for upper management as requested.
