About The Position
The Bar Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and supply levels of the bar area, including equipment and the removal of empty or soiled articles. The role focuses on creating a high standard of cleanliness to ensure guests have a safe and memorable experience. Essential duties include stocking and unloading carts and liquor cabinets, contributing to a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1- 2 years of high volume beverage service experience in a night club.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Must possess knowledge of different brand beverage items.
- Must undergo TIPS training on an ongoing basis.
- Must possess good time management skills
- Must be able to work without close supervision.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members
- Must have an open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
