About The Position
Teen volunteer opportunities at Baptist Health Care include greeting patients, providing directions, assisting with wheelchair transport and more. Volunteers will be able to interact with team members and patients to help them feel more comfortable on our campus and be an ambassador of The Baptist Way (how we behave, act and live out our mission of helping people throughout life’s journey). Volunteer opportunities are available at both Gulf Breeze Hospital and Baptist Hospital. Teen Volunteers are accepted on a first come basis with limited openings.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 14-18 years old to participate in the summer teen program.
- Complete this application by April 30, 2026 to receive instructions and next steps.
- Plan to provide personal information such as, social security number, date of birth, and other demographic information so you can be processed by Baptist Health Care Human Resources
Responsibilities
- Earn volunteer hours for scholarships.
- Gain exposure to a health care work environment.
- Build relationships with Baptist team members.
- Help others and give back to the community
