About The Position

Missouri Baptist Medical Center has an opportunity for a Full Time Administrative Coordinator to support the Maintenance Team. Responsibilities will include meeting scheduling and preparation and other administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have experience with work order systems and EXCEL reporting. This is a Monday-Friday, onsite position with a shift from 6:30a-3p. Missouri Baptist Medical Center is an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offering a full continuum of medical and surgical services. The hospital has a 24-hour adult emergency department and cares for pediatric patients in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Missouri Baptist is a Magnet® hospital, a prestigious designation for nursing excellence and quality patient care, and was ranked #2 in the St. Louis metro area by U.S. News & World Report. The Facilities Services Department, which this role supports, provides security, telecommunications, housekeeping, maintenance, and engineering services for the campus, ensuring all areas are well maintained, clean, attractive, and secure. The role provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned and coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Experience with work order systems
  • Experience with EXCEL reporting

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and prepare for them
  • Perform other administrative duties
  • Type and distribute memos, correspondence and reports and compose documents as needed
  • Coordinate and administer all office supplies and materials
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, route correspondence
  • Provide support to office assistants as assigned
