About The Position

The Summer Associate supports Flexfab’s daily functions across assigned departments during the summer term. This position provides hands-on work experience while contributing to a safe, respectful, and productive workplace in alignment with Flexfab’s values and expectations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Eligible under the Flexfab summer employment program, including having a parent or relative employed at Flexfab
• Referral by the Flexfab Human Resources team required for consideration
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, consistent with business necessity and applicable laws
• Successful completion of a drug screening, where permitted by law

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Demonstrate a self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Perform work with strong attention to detail
• Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance and comply with established dress and safety requirements
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Flexfab’s HEARTS Values
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and demonstrate professional conduct in all interactions with employees, customers, and visitors
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require
