About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server. The role supports banquet and food service operations by taking guest orders, maintaining buffet presentation, monitoring food delivery, refreshing drinks, and assisting with table bussing. The position calls for effective communication, teamwork, strong time management, multitasking, and a commitment to exceeding guest and team member expectations. Flexible hours and shifts are required. The hiring process may include interviews, a drug screen, background and reference checks, and a potential employment assessment.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is appropriately stocked.
Monitor food distribution to ensure meals reach the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and/or ensure the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
