Banquet Set-Up
About The Position
The Banquet Set-Up position at the Green Mill Conference Center in Willmar, Minnesota, supports events by preparing event spaces and maintaining clean public areas. This is a part-time evening position, typically working weeknights from 5–9 p.m. or 8–10 p.m., for two shifts per week. Pay is $13 or more, plus tips. TPI Hospitality owns and operates more than 25 hotels and restaurants in Minnesota and Florida. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests.
- Assemble tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, and buffet stations according to specifications.
- Assist with setting up furniture, décor, and equipment.
- Clean floors, tables, and public areas by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming before and after events.
- Help maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
