The Banquet Set-Up Attendant is responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role involves keeping event spaces refreshed, transporting supplies and materials, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and solving issues. The position requires strength and stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift, attention to detail, clear communication skills, flexibility with scheduling (including nights, weekends, and holidays), and a team-first attitude.
