The Banquet Set-Up Attendant is responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role involves refreshing event spaces throughout the day, transporting supplies, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and resolving issues with a positive attitude. The role requires strength and stamina to lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift, attention to detail, clear communication skills, flexibility with scheduling (including nights, weekends, and holidays), and a team-first attitude.
