About The Position

The Banquet Set-Up Attendant is responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role involves refreshing event spaces throughout the day, transporting supplies, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing a friendly, helpful presence to guests. The position requires strength, stamina, attention to detail, clear communication, flexibility with scheduling (including nights, weekends, and holidays), and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards.
  • Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day.
  • Transport supplies and materials such as boxes, programs, or décor.
  • Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
  • Anticipate guest needs and solve small issues with a positive attitude.
