About The Position

The Banquet Set-Up Attendant is responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role involves keeping event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day, transporting supplies and materials, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and resolving issues with a positive attitude. The position requires physical stamina to lift and move up to 50 lbs and to be on one's feet for most of the shift. Attention to detail, clear communication, flexibility with scheduling (including nights, weekends, and holidays), and a team-first attitude are essential for success in this role.
