About The Position

The Banquet Server sets up and prepares banquet rooms, serves food and drinks, buses tables, and clears and tears down banquet rooms at the end of functions. The role also includes cleaning the back hall and organizing storerooms. The position is part-time and requires weekend availability. Pay is $7.21 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of food and beverage experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Pleasant and helpful personality.
Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet functions by draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing table centerpieces.
Provide service by picking up food from the back hall, carrying trays to function locations, serving food, and clearing food from tables.
Break down banquet rooms by bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, and vacuuming.
Clean the back hall and organize storerooms.
Maintain open communication with management and other employees.
Remain well organized and efficient.
