About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Banquet Server to provide banquet and food service. The role involves taking guest food orders or maintaining buffet service, ensuring meals are correctly distributed and properly prepared and presented, refreshing drinks, and assisting with table bussing. The position may also include other duties as assigned. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively, work as part of a team, exceed guest and team expectations, manage time well, multitask, and work flexible hours and shifts. Requirements

Minimum high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution to ensure meals are delivered to the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and/or ensure the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
