About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Banquet Server to support banquet and event service. The role involves taking food orders, ensuring buffets are appropriately stocked and appealing, monitoring food distribution and presentation, refreshing drinks, and helping bus tables. The position also includes other duties as assigned. Candidates should be effective communicators and team players who can manage their time, multitask, exceed guest and team expectations, and work flexible hours and shifts.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution to ensure meals reach the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and/or ensure the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
