About The Position

The Banquet Server provides exceptional customer service throughout the event process to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role involves setting up and breaking down banquet areas, relaying food and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness and sanitary practices, anticipating guest needs, and responding appropriately to concerns. The server also communicates order details, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment and presenting a professional appearance and manner.
