About The Position

The Banquet Server serves guests in the banquet facilities and may assist with setting up and tearing down events. The role provides timely, professional service and handles food and drink service in a variety of formats and event setups. The server also answers guest questions and resolves service or product issues while following company policies and local ordinances concerning alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in banquet service or the hospitality industry is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient, smooth, timely, and professional service for guests.
• Provide drink and food service in a variety of formats and setups.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of catering and banquet functions when needed.
• Follow company policy and local ordinances regarding service of alcoholic beverages.
