About The Position

The Banquet Server is responsible for serving guests in the banquet facilities and may assist with setting up and tearing down events as needed. The role involves providing timely, professional food and drink service in a variety of formats and event setups, answering guest questions, and resolving service or product issues. The position requires the ability to work under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment and may involve prolonged standing and walking, frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting. The work environment may include smoke and variable temperatures, lighting, and noise levels.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in banquet service or the hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient, smooth, timely, and professional service to guests.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of catering and banquet functions as needed.
• Follow company policy and local ordinances regarding service of alcoholic beverages.
