About The Position

Join the Banquet Team at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center in Neenah, WI! We are currently seeking energetic, dependable, and outgoing individuals to join our banquet team as Banquet Servers / Setup Team Members. In this role, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests by assisting with the setup, service, and breakdown of weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering excellent guest service, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Must be able to speak and understand the English language
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds or more
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous food & beverage or banquet experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and other event supplies according to event specifications
• Ensure banquet spaces are clean, organized, and ready prior to guest arrival
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous fashion
• Carry food, dishes, trays, silverware, and other supplies from kitchen or storage areas to service stations and tables
• Maintain adequate supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays throughout events
• Assist with food service prep work and other support tasks as needed
• Clear tables, scrape and stack dishes, and transport dirty dishes and tableware to kitchen areas for cleaning
• Carry linens to and from designated linen areas
• Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and resetting banquet spaces for future events
• Work collaboratively with the banquet kitchen and service teams to ensure meals are prepared and served on time
• Perform general cleaning, stocking, and service-related duties as assigned
