Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
At least 2 years of supervisory leadership experience
Ideally, a year or more in hospitality or banquets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for long periods
Can lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Possess a neat, professional appearance
Schedule will include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Anticipate future business needs, coordinate with the sales team, and meet directly with event hosts to handle last-minute requests with grace and poise.
Inspire, train, and develop a rock-star banquet team. You'll lead by example, jumping into service operations while recognizing and rewarding employees who go above and beyond.
Oversee everything from pristine room setups to post-event equipment inventory, ensuring our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and security are always met.
Assist in maximizing venue revenue and profit while fully embracing our unique company culture (including our O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, and Wellness initiatives!).
